LITE CRAB MEAT SALAD ...a great canned crab meat recipe to try !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of imitation crab meat, thawed
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine crab meat and celery in a bowl, mix in mayonnaise and onions, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill for at least 2 hours.The canned crab meat recipe with salad is ready to serve. Great taste !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup *
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 small jar of artichoke hearts *
  • 1 tsp old bay *
  • 1 tsp 7-pepper blend *
  • 2 cans (6 oz) crabmeat
  • 1/3 cup cooking sherry

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 8 ingredients in saucepan; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Add crabmeat and sherry; stir in. The canned crab meat recipe is ready to serve immediately.

CANNED CRAB MEAT STUFFED CLAMSHELLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon shallots, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dry parsley
  • 2 ounces dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup cream sauce
  • a dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 canned crab meat
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Clam or Quahog shells, scrubbed
  • paprika

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté shallots for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and simmer 3 minutes more. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Fill clean clam shells with mixture, forming a mound. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then a dash of paprika for decoration in the center. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until browned. The canned crab meat recipe is ready...enjoy it !

  • 1 package canned crabmeat
  • mayonnaise
  • apples

INSTRUCTIONS
Break up the canned crab meat into a bowl. Peel and chop apples into bite-sized chunks. Mix the canned crab meat and apples together. Add as much mayonnaise as needed to hold it together.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 7 oz. cans crab meat
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

INSTRUCTIONS
Soften cream cheese and combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, Tabasco, Worcestershire, cayenne, salt, garlic and Old Bay seasoning.
Stir in canned crab meat. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Make a few hours ahead and refrigerate.
Serve with potato chips, crackers, tortillas, etc. and the canned crab meat recipe is ready to serve...Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 ozs crab meat, flaked
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 20 crackers
  • 3 bacon slices, chopped
  • 6 large green olives, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
Fold shredded cheese and crab meat into stiffly beaten egg whites. Pile crab meat mixture onto buttered crackers. Sprinkle with finely diced bacon on top.
Broil until cheese starts to melt and bacon is crisp. Top each with a stuffed olive slice.
Can be made ahead and popped into the broiler at the last minute, just before serving. the canned crab meat recipe is ready....Enjoy it !

CRAB - TOMATO BISQUE SOUP

CRAB - TOMATO BISQUE SOUP ...a great canned crab meat recipe to try...amazing !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb King Crab leg meat (in chunks)
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 2 cans tomato bisque soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare onion and celery, peel and chop onions to a fine dice.
Remove strings from celery, wash and finely dice.
In a skillet, melt butter. Sauté onion and celery until soft. Stir in Tomato Bisque Soup, milk and crab meat. Heat to serving temperature.
Serve with Saltines or toasted sour dough bread and butter. The canned crab meat recipe is ready. Enjoy the soup. Delicious !
